We exclusively recruit experienced HR professionals onto the Swire HR Leadership Programme. Depending on experience, you will join us at Team Leader, Operational Leader or Strategic Leader level.

Eligibility criteria
  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related subject
  • Business and commercial acumen
  • Intellectually curious and with strong learning agility
  • Strong leadership potential and the ambition to become an HR Director
  • Driven, takes initiative, with strong communication skills
  • Passionate and have experience of leading HR teams - successful candidates will be placed at various levels within the programme, dependent on experience
  • Ready for the challenge of moving across industries and/ or locations on job rotations that will continue throughout your career
  • Are culturally sensitive and quickly adaptable to new roles and contexts
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua)
