On the Swire Management Trainee Programme, you’ll shape the future of our business as you develop into a senior role. On this rotational leadership programme you will grow your leadership skills and your understanding of how to run a business, so that you may someday become a future General Manager, Director or even CEO. The Management Trainee Programme has two sub-programmes - Group Staff and House Staff. Both programmes offer the same, highly competitive compensation and benefits package. The programmes will give you experience in the commercial, operational and customer aspects of the business, however, the industry and geographical scope of each varies.
The company offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with a monthly starting salary of HKD31,000. Group Staff and House Staff based in Hong Kong will be provided company housing for the first three years or a cash allowance of HKD12,500. You’ll then receive a cash allowance in subsequent years. Group Staff and House Staff based outside Hong Kong will be provided company housing or a cash allowance. We also offer a leave passage allowance, an attractive bonus, medical cover and a retirement benefit scheme.
