In the House Staff Finance Programme you’ll:

  • Work in multiple industries across the Swire Group
  • Gain experience of working in international postings across multiple countries.

In the JS&S Staff Finance Programme you’ll:

  • Work in industries based in our Asia Pacific hub.
  • Work in diverse job postings, predominantly across Hong Kong and/ or Mainland China.

What we need

We’re looking for finance professionals who:

  • Share our values and have the ambition, tenacity and potential to develop into a senior leader with Swire.
  • Are qualified accountants (HKICPA, ICAA, ICAEW, USCPA, ICAS, CICA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred) with relevant experience to join the programme at either Team Leader or Operational Leader level.
  • Are culturally sensitive and quickly adaptable to new roles and contexts.

House Staff Finance and JS&S Staff Finance streams have the following additional requirements:

House Staff Finance

  • Globally mobile and flexible to move from one location to another with short notice
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

JS&S Staff Finance

  • Mobile within HK and PRC
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
